Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. In the 90s, I watched my father build a portfolio through HUD foreclosures, learning early how deals are structured and executed. Around the same time, I began my own career in banking and lending, working with major financial institutions and developing a foundation in credit, underwriting, and deal analysis.

That foundation in finance eventually opened doors into the technology sector, where for more than 25 years I led technology and operations teams in Silicon Valley. My focus there was on building systems, managing risk, and scaling teams — skills that directly complement real estate investing and private lending.

Today, I’ve come full circle. With capital, credit, and decades of cross-industry experience, I now partner with real estate investors to fund opportunities. Having been on both sides of the table — as an investor and as a lender — I understand the importance of speed, clarity, and trust in every deal.
