Timothy Lloyd is a seasoned software development manager who delivers quality data-centric solutions quickly and accurately. Lloyd has managed dynamic requirements and multiple concurrent projects. He has worked in health care and life science software for the last decade. He has recruited and managed outstanding development teams and participated in every aspect of the software development lifecycle including formal validation and verification for FDA and CE mark. Lloyd possesses excellent communication skills and can work with stakeholders from end users and developers to C level executives.

Lloyd started Altamont Solutions in 2005. The company has had a successful list of clients ranging from angel funded startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to starting Altamont Solutions, Lloyd served with companies dealing with identification of patients for clinical trials and remote device management as well as disease management with objective patient data. At Alere Medical, Lloyd helped create the clinical interface for a system to monitor patients with congestive heart failure. That system led to the reduction of hospitalization in those patients by 80%.

Judy Lloyd is an accomplished small business owner, entrepreneur, and community leader who was featured in the book Women Who Paved the Way and named by the East Bay Business Times their "Woman of Distinction". Lloyd has started three successful private sector businesses and served in the public sector for 25 years in positions on the federal, state, and local level, serving two Presidents, three Cabinet Members, the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, and the California Governor in public policy roles. As a business innovator, she understands regulatory issues and how creating custom software enables businesses to thrive.

Lloyd saw a void in the state legislature when it came to technology, health care IT and life sciences. Her passion led her to make a run for the California State Assembly in 2008. She ran in the most competitive primary in the state and raised $500,000 for the cycle, bringing in more dollars via the Internet than any Assembly candidate in her party during the primary.

Lloyd formed one of the most comprehensive, inclusive coalitions in California, including venture capitalists, construction companies, stakeholders in the life science and health care industry, homebuilders, educators, law enforcement, minority & women-owned businesses, physicians, hospitals, farmers, and parents.
